At FireWatch Coffee, we believe coffee is more than a drink — it’s a moment to reconnect, reflect, and recharge. Every cup is built around community, resilience, and honoring the men and women who served our nation.
FireWatch Coffee was founded by an Army veteran who served overseas in Korea and has spent more than 20 years supporting the military warfighter. Through years of service and working alongside service members and veterans, one truth became clear: many continue fighting battles long after the uniform comes off.
FireWatch Coffee was created from that experience, and from a deep belief that veterans deserve lasting support, understanding, and community.
What Is the Fire Watch?
In the military, the Fire Watch is a team assigned to stay alert, monitor the area, and protect others through the night. They remain vigilant, ready to respond at a moment’s notice, and never leave their post.
That spirit of vigilance, accountability, and brotherhood is the foundation of our brand.

We are proud to be a veteran-owned coffee company built around quality, resilience, and meaningful connection. Our mission is to raise awareness around veteran mental health and support the well-being of both active-duty service members and veterans.
As we grow, our goal is to increase direct support to vetted veteran mental health organizations and initiatives that provide real help to those who need it most.
We believe the military community deserves lasting support, meaningful connection, and a place where their service is honored.
