🔥 Firewatch Coffee — Returns & Refunds Policy
At Firewatch Coffee, we’re passionate about delivering fresh, small-batch roasted coffee and high-quality merchandise. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
☕ Coffee & Perishable Items
Because coffee is a perishable product, it cannot be returned.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or you’re unhappy with it, please contact us at support@firewatch.coffee within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
👕 Merchandise & Non-Perishable Items
Merchandise (apparel, mugs, and accessories) can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
Unworn/unused
With tags and in original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Start a return by emailing support@firewatch.coffee. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
