A: Our coffee is roasted in small batches for freshness. Please allow 1–5 business days for preparation before shipment, followed by an estimated 1–5 business days for standard U.S. delivery. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Shipping & Returns
Q: What is your coffee return policy?
A: If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us promptly at info@firewatch.coffee with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on coffee.
