Is coffee shipping free?
Yes. Coffee ships free within the United States, with no minimum order. Other destinations and non-coffee items use the shipping options shown at checkout.
When will my coffee arrive?
Allow 1–5 business days for preparation, followed by an estimated 1–5 business days for standard U.S. delivery. You will receive tracking when your coffee ships. Delivery times are estimates.
Can I choose whole bean or ground coffee?
Available sizes and grinds are listed on each product page. Select the option that suits your brewing method before adding it to your cart.
Can I subscribe?
Products that offer subscriptions display a recurring purchase option alongside one-time purchase. Review the price and delivery interval on the product page before ordering.
What if my coffee arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact info@firewatch.coffee promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We replace or refund damaged, incorrect, or defective coffee. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on coffee.
How does FireWatch support its mission?
